| 2. Hall rental is for a 6 hour time frame. Bar time if a 5 1/2 hour frame. Any time thereafter shall be $500 per 1/2 hour. | |
| 3. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE All deposits & advance payments are non-refundable. A deposit secures the date booked, not the function. Deposits are not transferable from one date to another. | |

| 7. User assumes full responsibility for any and all damages caused by and of the guests, invitees, or other persons attending the function. | |
| 8. Unconsumed products prepared for the function will remain the property of Maniaci's | |
| 9. Maniaci's will not accept any responsibility for clients personal property. | |
| 10. Maniaci's is a SMOKE FREE Environment | |
| 11. 10% Gratuity will be applied to your bill. | |
| 12. NO Bubbles are allowed inside the building. | |
| 13. Maniaci's reserves the right ot refuse service to any person(s) that are already under the influence of alcohol. Michigan Liquor control rules no alcholic beverage to be brought in or taken out of the premises. | |
| 14. Maniaci's also has the right to close down the bar in the event of disorderly conduct. | |
| 15. Maniaci's reserves the right to have you entertainment provide us with proof of insurance. | |
