Owners, Al & Theresa Maniaci,
are life long residents in the town of Richmond, Michigan,
where they live with their two dogs.
 Al & Theresa have been in the food industry for over 25 years,
first starting out in the restaurant business. In 1979 when they expanded the business into offsite catering, and then in 1996 when they purchased the banquet hall.
Al & Theresa's other interests include remodeling homes together, boating, gardening and most of all being with their extensive family. 
Al & Theresa are committed to their community and their business.
